1kg rump steak, in large bite-sized chunks2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp clear honey 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped 1 tsp ground coriander 1 tsp caraway seeds 1/4 tsp chilli powder 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Marinade the steak in all the other ingredients for at least an hour. Soak skewers in warm water so they don't burn. Thread the steak onto the skewers and bbq for around 10 minutes. They should be rare in the middle. Baste with marinade while cooking.
